Since you are now ready for battle, let’s look at the the best ways to smash your enemies.
In Act of Aggression, there are several ways to strike an enemy depending on the unit at your disposal and your target(s).

MLRS

Some units are multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), meaning they can unleash a massive single volley of rockets on their target.

MLRS are particularly efficient when you want to quickly hit a wide area. You want to cause a great deal of damage to a group of units? Give the order to your MLRS to attack and it will instantly deliver everything it got on target in a big BOOM.

In this video we are focusing on Chimera’s Buratino. This vehicle can be bought in the Sword Vehicle Bay, a building available once you’ve unlocked the Sword Protocol.

The US Army also has its MLRS, in the form of the HIMARS, with the same ability. You can produce this MLRS truck in the Heavy Vehicle Bay once you’ve reached DEFCON 2.

Cartel, for its part, doesn’t field an MLRS.

HOWITZER

Then there’s the tube artillery: the howitzers. The accuracy of these units is much greater, but take more time to launch and will hit a smaller area.

For the Cartel, Koalitsija is perfect to strike a designed building. This baby is to be found in the Prototypes Bay.

For the other factions, Koalistja’s counterparts are the NLos (US Army) and Rhino (Chimera), with the same abilities.

CIWS

At the other end of the weapon spectrum from the far-reaching howitzers, we find the Close-In Weapon System (CIWS). These weapon systems are mainly defensive ones, for they can detect and destroy incoming missiles at close range, either fired from land or air.

CIWS can be found on the Cartel’s Otomatic and Shadowhawk, Chimer’s Namer, Terminator and Pantsir.

For the US Army, you’ll have to upgrade three units : the Blazer, the  Humvee GAU and the Osprey.

To proceed with the Blazer, you’ll have to unlock the unit in the Light Vehicle Bay building once you are in Defcon 2.

And then, in the Armory, you’ll find an option granting the CIWS to every gatling-equipped vehicle.
