Welcome to EUGEN SYSTEMS, a French video game company. This Privacy Policy explains our privacy commitment to our players and users of our Services (hereinafter “Users”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of the EUGEN SYSTEMS Terms of Use.

At EUGEN SYSTEMS, we collect personal data to support our products and services, while respecting all applicable laws, including but not limited to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“General Data Protection Regulation”, or “GDPR”), the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), and, where relevant, the EU Digital Services Act. These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “you”, “your” or “User”) and Eugen Systems and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Eugen Systems”, “we” or “us”) regarding your use of the Eugen Systems Account Service (EugNet, Steel Division Account…) (the “Service”) in relation to Eugen Systems’ websites, including www.eugensystems.com, any mod tools provided by Eugen Systems or its affiliates, and Eugen Systems’ computer and videogames and other applications.
